Sorry, but I’m just not a Tim Tebow fanboy. Although I don’t judge him for his Christian beliefs (that’d be stupid on my part), his arrogance and disregard for the overall health of his teammates, or that of the opposing team is what turns me off. So when Tebow and the Denver Broncos ruined my hopes of a Super Bowl rematch between the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Green Bay Packers, I made one final decision about the NFL: quit allowing teams to draft pick arrogant pricks! (Oh wait – Cam Newton was acting cocky when he got drafted to the Carolina Panthers. Look how that did for him: #epicfail.)
It’s because of arrogant pricks like Tebow that I’m starting to hate anything football beyond Rams football, high school football and college football. But the clock is ticking…….tick tick tick…….time’s up, Tebow. Your fifteen minutes of fame ends this coming weekend when you and your Broncos face the New England Patriots. And worse off, Jim Nantz has the play-by-play call. You’re done. You’re outta here. And I could care less.
Could February get here already so the Pitchers & Catchers Report gets released, so I know who to pick for my fantasy baseball team this season?
